Boxing:
All participants will be taught from the ground up -
stance, footwork, blocks, evading/head movement,
combinations and strategies. Participants will use
heavy bags, double-end bags, slip bags, speed
bags, pad training, partner pairing drills and more. A
heavy emphasis is placed on conditioning drills used
to train fighters. Our goal is to help you attain a
fighter's physique and stamina.
Muay Thai:
Participants will learn to punch, elbow, clinch, knee
and kick. This workout focuses on the basics of Muay
Thai. It combines high intensity training drills,
calisthenics, Thai pad drills, and heavy bag work. The
workout is fun, safe, challenging and accommodates
all levels of fitness.
Kickboxing:
Participants use sparring, kicks, punches, kick blocks
and shadow boxing - all leaned and applied under
trainer supervision.
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts):
Includes every aspect of martial arts - punching,
kicking, throws, submission, break-falls, escapes and
ground-work. The class draws from dozens of styles
of martial arts, including Mongolian, Tibetan and
Chinese kung fu, as well as Jujitsu. A heavy
emphasis is placed on defense and conditioning.

Senior Citizens Light Fitness & Stretching - TBD
Women's Self Defense:
Self defense is more about awareness, attitude and
techniques than strength. This 6-week program
covers techniques that have been proven effective
for women of all ages.
Private Lessons:
One-on-One (Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA

Open Gym:
During designated hours, you are welcome to use
the gym and equipment on your own. No trainer.
